In our busy little corner of Charlotte, my days are a mix of school drop‑offs, homework help, and getting dinner on the table before everyone is too hungry and tired.
I grew up in a home where the kitchen was always the warmest room in the house, filled with spices, laughter, and big family meals. One of my earliest food memories is standing on a chair next to my mom, carefully stirring a big pot of soup and sneaking the first taste before it reached the table. Those moments taught me that food is more than a recipe – it’s comfort, connection, and a way to take care of the people you love.
Years later, as a busy mom myself, I realized how hard it can be to find meals that are fast, cozy, and nourishing enough for growing kids. I started Myriad Cooking to share the kinds of recipes my own family loves: quick one‑pot dinners, fun kid‑friendly snacks, and global‑inspired desserts that make even an ordinary weeknight feel a little special.
On Myriad Cooking, you’ll mostly find three types of recipes: easy main dishes for busy weeknights, kid‑approved snacks and lunchbox ideas, and comforting desserts and sweet treats inspired by flavors from around the world. All of my recipes use simple supermarket ingredients, clear measurements, and step‑by‑step instructions so you never feel lost while cooking. Many of them are high‑protein or budget‑friendly, because feeding a family well shouldn’t be complicated or expensive.
In my kitchen, I test and tweak every recipe like a little experiment, adjusting cooking times, textures, and flavors until it’s something my family genuinely asks for again. If it appears on this site, it’s a dish I’d happily serve at my own table.
